Quality Management System

Trend is an enterprise which has achieved ISO9001:2015 quality management system and ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification. All of our purchase, design, production, inspection, pre-sales and after-sales services are carried out in accordance with the overall requirements of GB/T 19001:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and implemented as per the "Trend Quality Policy”, which is "Precise Design + Strict Management + Lean Manufacturing = Quality Products”.

As kiln furniture products are rather specialised industrial products, no country in the world (or the International Organization for Standardization) have issued specific national or international standards. China also does not have corresponding national and industry standards either. Trend Technical and Quality Control Department is responsible to collect, research, analyse and summarize the quality standards of major kiln furniture manufacturers in the world, especially European enterprises. Trend also work with IPS CERAMICS LTD, UK to develop the "Trend Standard: Cordierite-Mullite Kiln Furniture" (Q/TX CDT001-2012). This advanced standard can fully meet the strict requirements from European countries for assuring the quality of kiln furniture, which is also applicable to China and other countries.

Trend products are divided into 13 categories and 84 sub-categories according to the Trend classification method. The above-mentioned standard covers the general technical conditions of 13 categories. In order to strictly control internal quality and to meet the diversity of product shapes, Trend has also formulated more detailed visual & dimensional quality standards for the 84 sub-categories and some more individual products.
