The 9th Journey to Munich: A New Chapter for Trend

From March 24 to 26, 2026, Ceramitec, one of the world's most influential trade fairs for the ceramic industry, was held with great success at the Munich Exhibition Center in Germany. The edition showcased cutting-edge innovations across the entire industrial chain, from raw materials and refractories to advanced production equipment and digital solutions, attracting leading companies and professional visitors from around the globe. Trend exhibited alongside its global partner, IPS Ceramics. The joint team was led by Mr. Guo Haizhu-Chairman of Trend, Mr. Wang Chongfu-Deputy General Manager of Trend, Mr. Ian Wright-Operations Director of IPS Ceramics, and Mr. Phil Green-Sales Director of IPS Ceramics.

The 39th China International Ceramics Industrial Exhibition was held in Guangzhou from June 18thto 21st 2025. Attracting over 800 exhibitors and nearly 100,000 industry professionals, this solidified its status as the premier annual gathering for the global ceramics industry.As a world-leading manufacturer of kiln furniture and thermal materials, Trend (comprising Beijing Trend, Tianjin Trend, and Zhejiang Trend) made a joint appearance alongside IPS Ceramics Ltd, our global partner. Key agents from Australia, Turkey, Russia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, and other countries also gathered at the booth.

As an important communication platform for the global ceramic industry, the exhibition focuses on the theme of "Materials, Bricks, Ceramics and New Technologies", attracting top enterprises, professional buyers and industry experts from all over the world.

Beijing Trend Open Head Office

On 11th January 2025, Trend Head office officially opened in Beijing, and Beijing Trend Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd moved into this joint office. The Beijing Head Office aims to further integrate resources, optimize operational efficiency, and at the same time, to promote the innovation and development of enterprises, and open a broader worldwide market with the help of abundant talents in Beijing. Trend was established as Beijing Trend Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd in Tongzhou District, Beijing in March 1998. Trend currently has two production bases in Baodi District, Tianjin and Huzhou, Zhejiang, together with an office in Foshan. Trend has distribution agents in 15 countries, 45% of Trend products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions. Trend is a world-famous manufacturer of refractory kiln furniture and high-temperature thermal shock resistant materials.

Trend Two Companies Re-certified As High-Tech Enterprises

In October and December 2024, Trend two production bases, Tianjin Trend Thermal Materials Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Trend Thermal Materials Co., Ltd successively obtained the National High-Tech Enterprise certification. This once again demonstrated the high recognition by relevant national authorities of Trend outstanding performance and continuous innovation capabilities in the field of high-temperature thermal shock-resistant materials. Since its establishment in Beijing in 1998, Trend has adhered to the innovation and development philosophy of "Set Trend For The Future," maintained high-intensity R&D investment, obtained numerous patents, and consistently stayed at the forefront of industry development. Trend was first certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise in Beijing in November 2006 and had maintained this certification ever since. In 2015, the newly invested Tianjin Trend Thermal Materials Co., Ltd continued to lead development through innovation, set up the "Kiln Furniture and Thermal Shock-Resistant Materials Research Center," upgrade R&D equipment, strengthen the R&D team, and obtain over twenty national patents. Tianjin Trend was certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2018 and 2021, and this marked its third consecutive certification.

Tianjin Trend Pass National “Little Giant” Enterprise Review

In September 2024, the review of the third batch of specialized, special and new "Little Giant" enterprises carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology completed, Tianjin Trend Thermal Materials Co., Ltd successfully passed the review with our excellent performance and continuous innovations in the field of high-temperature thermal shock resistant materials. Tianjin Trend is a new modern factory built by Beijing Trend Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd, after the production base was moved to Baodi District, Tianjin in 2015. The original production equipment and technology have been significantly updated, which not only greatly improves the production output, but also improves the quality control in an all-round way. Tianjin Trend has been rated as a national and local technical innovation enterprise for many times, for example "National High-tech Enterprise" in 2018, "Tianjin Technology Leading Enterprise" in 2019, "Tianjin Strategic Emerging Industry Leading Enterprise" in 2020, "Tianjin Specialized and Special New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" in 2020, and "Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Specialized and Special New Little Giant Enterprise" in 2021.

A Great Show At Ceramics China 2024

The 38th Ceramics China was held at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou from June 18th to 21st , 2024. As one of the main exhibitors, Trend once again participated in this grand event, providing a great show with fruitful performance. The unique booth design, showing Trend’s development concept of “setting the Trend for the Future”, made it as one of the most eye-catching booths. More than 100 categories of samples, covering applying fields from traditional ceramics to Foam Ceramics, Battery Powder materials calcination, ultra-high temperature materials for special kilns, fully demonstrated Trend’s strong R&D, diversified forming and product matching capabilities. It was highlighted that Trend can provide professional one-stop solutions for kiln furniture, kiln bodies and lightweight kiln car for different industries.
