After a comprehensive review by Xingyuan Certification Centre Co., Ltd., a third-party review agency entrusted by China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), Tianjin Trend has recently obtained a qualified supplier certificate from CNNC, and is qualified to provide products and services of industrial ceramics and refractory kiln furniture systems to CNNC and its subordinate units.

China Aviation Engine Group Co., Ltd. (AECC) is a large state-owned enterprise directly managed by the central government. It is mainly engaged in the design, development, production, maintenance, marketing and after-sales of military and civilian aircraft power units, second power units, gas turbines, helicopter transmission systems, and aero-engine technology derivatives. Their turbojet, turbofan, turboshaft, turboprop, piston and other aero engines, gas turbines and helicopter transmission systems, etc are widely assembled in military and civilian aircraft, helicopters, large ships, and large generator sets in various fields such as aviation, aerospace, ships, weapons, energy, and aerospace.

Aeroengines require a large amount of alloy parts, and the production of these parts is usually done through alloy investment casting process. The alloy investment casting process has extremely strict requirements on the required thermal materials - strong reliability, high dimensional accuracy, uniform microstructure, stable physical and chemical properties, and no contamination to alloy materials. In the past, most of these materials had to be imported. Since 2019, Tianjin Trend has successively developed a large amount of thermal materials to replace imported products according to the needs of China Aviation Development Institute of Aeronautical Materials, filling a number of domestic gaps. Through the close cooperation between the two parties, not only the key needs from the customer have been solved, but the quality control system and product reliability management level of Trend have also been greatly improved. In the future, Trend will work together with the engineers of China Aviation Development Group to develop more advanced materials to help the aerospace industry of China!
