On September 1, 2019, Tianjin Trend Thermal Materials Co., Ltd lit their 4^th kiln (roller kiln) and started trial production on it after two and a half years of construction of the plant with great care, and so Tianjin Trend is now fully available for production, and has undertaken the whole production capacity from Beijing Trend. It is another important milestone in the development history of Trend!

According to the Industrial Adjustment Plan from Beijing, Trend decided to invest in the construction of a northern production base in Baodi Development Zone, which was Tianjin Trend Thermal Materials Co., Ltd in November 2015. Trend officially laid the foundation stone in March 2017. By October 18, 2018, the 1st production line was built for trial production. In the following 11 months, production, construction and relocation were carried out simultaneously under the premise of not affecting the customers’ delivery date and quality. The seamless docking of production capacity transfer from Beijing Trend to Tianjin Trend was achieved.

Tianjin Trend covers an area of 53,360 square meters, with a construction area of 52,000 square meters and a total investment of 258 million yuan. After the 4th production line is available for use, Tianjin Trend has an annual production capacity of 26,000 tons of high-quality kiln furniture and thermal shock-resistant materials, an increase of 22% compared with Beijing Trend. At the same time, space has been reserved for future development in terms of energy facilities, raw material preparation, machining, and storage etc. The new plant construction and production transfer to Tianjin Trend is not just the relocation and production capacity transfer of Beijing Trend. The board of directors of Trend has directed the general policy of transformation and upgrading through the construction of Tianjin Trend new plant from the very beginning. Through the design of a new process flow, the elimination of outdated production equipment, the use of automatic thermal facilities, and the addition of environmental protection and emission reduction devices, etc., the production efficiency, product quality, and operation environment of Trend have been greatly improved. At the same time, it has greatly reduced the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions per unit weight of products, which has further established the solid position of Trend in the industry!
