On April 10, 2018, Ceramitec was grandly opened at the New International Exhibition Centre in Munich, Germany. Ceramitec is hosted by Munich International Fair (MMG), Germany, and is recognized as the best level exhibition in the global ceramic industry. Since its establishment in 1979, it has been held every three years in Munich, Germany. Ceramitec not only shows the latest technology and equipment of the global ceramic industry, but also leads the future development trend. It is a technical exchange centre and innovation forum in various fields of the ceramic industry. Its exhibitors, exhibits and technologies cover almost all ceramic fields, from traditional ceramics, refractories, heavy clays, powder metallurgy to industrial ceramics, technical ceramics and advanced ceramics.

The total area of the exhibition covers about 40,000 square meters. More than 600 world-renowned companies from 37 countries participated in the exhibition, and more than 15,000 professional visitors from 93 countries attended the exhibition. As a well-known kiln furniture company in the world ceramic industry, Trend is one of the earliest Chinese companies to participate in Ceramitec. From the first time in September 2003 to this year, it has participated in the exhibition for 6 consecutive years. The exhibition was led by Trend and jointly exhibited with British partner IPS Ceramics and German agent Emco Therm, focusing on the latest development of Trend and its partners' ultra-large extruded batt, fast-loading kiln body and low heat storage kiln car system, secondary kiln furniture system for tableware industry, automatic production line for roof tiles, etc which received great attention and acclaim from ceramic industry.

During the exhibition, General Manager - Mr. Zhang Weiguo and Vice Director of the International Sales Department - Mr. Steve Tingay had meetings with agents and major customers from all over the world, and held a small reception party to celebrate the 20 years’ anniversary of the establishment of Trend.
